These represent only some events caught in the news and are by no means to be taken as a complete listing. On many days, I wasn't able to follow news events, thus there were no examples for those dates.

November 22 – Political commentator Gunther Eagleman posts video and information on Ousman Camara, who became the 77^th person charged with fraud in the $300 million “Feeding Our Future” fraud in Minneapolis.” Mr. Camara claimed his grocery store fed 300,000 kids during the Covid pandemic. He fed no-one and stole $1M from taxpayers. (SOURCE)

November 22 – California Sheriff Patrick Withrow (San Joaquin County) reveals that California’s “online voter registration system” is rife with fraud. No proof of citizenship or any documentation is needed. Foreigners and register and DO vote in California’s elections. It is an “honor system” that allows anyone, anywhere to register and then a ballot is mailed out to the person (SOURCE)

November 22 – Investigative reporter John Solomon reveals that former CIA Director Mike Morell (who organized the false document signed by 51 “intelligence professionals” who viewed the Hunter Biden laptop information as Russian ‘disinformation’ and who smeared the Trump Campaign with having been elected with “Russian collusion” in 2020) sent an email asking Obama CIA Chiefs John Brennan and Gina Haspel to “join a CIA organized effort to undermine Trump during the 2020 election debates.”  (SOURCE)

November 22 – To facilitate the deportation of illegal Somalis in the U.S., President Trump ends Deportation Protections for Somalis in Minnesota. (SOURCE)  He also stripped legal protections for 500,000 Haitians who entered the U.S. under the Biden administration as ‘refugees.’ (SOURCE)

November 22 – President Trump calls for the arrest of six Democratic former military veterans who publicly called for American military personnel to defy any order they think may be unconstitutional, saying their actions border on treason and will cause irreparable harm to the chain of command. In their video, no example of any such illegal order was given. Conservatives are comparing this to the arrests of Jan 6 demonstrators, many of whom were not trying to overthrow the government and who were invited into the Capitol by security personnel.  (SOURCE)

November 21 – Documents reveal that Minnesota taxpayers have been paying hundreds of millions of dollars to African Islamic terrorist groups as a result of Somali corruption of the state’s welfare system. No one in the Minnesota government caught on to this corruption because of fears of charges of racism.  (SOURCE) (SOURCE)

 November 21 – Investigative reporter Christopher Rufo reveals that Minnesota taxpayers have been fleeced of BILLIONS of dollars by various Somali corruption gangs. Minnesota’s Medicaid Housing Stabilization Services program originally estimated annual costs to its program of $2.6 million in 2020. “Costs quickly spiraled out of control. In 2021, the program paid out more than $21 million in claims. In the following years, annual costs shot up to $42 million, then $74 million, then $104 million. During the first six months of 2025, payouts totaled $61 million.” On

November 21 – Kansas Attorney General Mike Hilgers discussed foreign influence in U.S. elections, especially the tens of millions of dollars given to Democratic candidates and Progressive NGOs by Swizz billionaire Hansjorg Wyss. (SOURCE) (SOURCE) The investigations in Kansas are the tip of the iceberg.

November 21 – Data from one county in Minnesota (Ramsey County) reveals that “last year…$38.4 million [went] to 213 NGOs.” (There are no requirements for disclosure on how money is spent by NGOs and they are exempt from the Freedom of Information Act requests.)  Ramsey County is now wanting to raise property taxes on citizens. November 21 – Investigative Reporter Andy Ngo reveals in an interview how Democratic cities will legally ‘settle’ cases brought against Antifa rioters by police for millions of dollars, which only goes to further fund riots and violence on the part of Antifa or other “Progressive” groups. “There’s also an international element, which I’ve been discussing a lot here in the capital. The International Antifa Defense Fund takes money from donors all over the world — a lot of it from states like Oregon and Washington. It’s run completely by Democrats. They can decide how to disperse grant money, and they give it to people on the radical left.”  (SOURCE) (SOURCE)

November 21 – “Grammy-winning Fugees rapper PrasMichel was sentenced to 14 years in prison for illegally funnelling foreign money into Former President Barack Obama's 2012 campaign. Prosecutors say he took over $120 million from Malaysian billionaire Jho Low, used straw donors to move the money, and later tried to halt a DOJ investigation into Low.” AP NEWS  (SOURCE)  (SOURCE)

November 21 – Right Angle News Network reveals that “Somalians in Minnesota have been using fraudulent autism Medicare claims to fund the Somali terror group Al-Shabaab, with claims rising from $3 million in 2018 to $399 million in 2023, effectively making Minnesota taxpayers the group’s largest funders.” (SOURCE)

November 21 – Commentator Edward L. Hamilton describes in detail how the Somali Community stole tens of millions of dollars from the state’s fund for Medicaid for autism. Associated details of SNAP benefits increasing 173% from 2019-2021 in Minnesota under Democratic bureaucrats. (SOURCE)

November 21 – Judicial Watch reveals that “Pennsylvania officials admitted that for decades the Dept. of Moter vehicles had allowed non-U.S. citizens to register to vote through the state’s ‘motor-voter’ system.  (SOURCE)

November 19 – The Intelligence Community’s own Inspector General, Charles McCollough II, confirmed that the private bathroom-server that former Sec of State Hillary Clinton stored all her communication on held documents above the level of “TOP SECRET.” These were the “crown jewels’ of U.S. Intelligence. Instead of being arrested as was former Army General David Petraeus, Obama’s DOJ and FBI blocked all charges and the investigation. CIA Director John Ratcliffe later testified “Lisa Page confirmed under oath the FBI was ordered by Obama’ DOJ not to consider charging Hillary Clinton for gross negligence.” (SOURCE)  (SOURCE)

August 1, Minnesota’s Department of Human Services moved to scrap the HSS program, noting that payment to 77 housing-stabilization providers had been terminated this year due to “credible allegations of fraud.” Joe Thompson, then the Acting U.S. Attorney for the District of Minnesota, went even further, stating that the “vast majority” of the HSS program was fraudulent. November 21 – Minnesota’s Somali communities have used the state’s support for financial payments to families with autistic children to bilk taxpayers of millions of dollars according to Christopher Rufo. Autism claims to Medicaid in Minnesota have skyrocketed in recent years—from $3 million in 2018 to $54 million in 2019, $77 million in 2020, $183 million 2021, $279 million in 2022, and $399 million in 2023. Meantime, the number of autism providers in the state spiked from 41 to 328 over the same period, with many in the Somali community establishing their own autism treatment centers, citing the need for “culturally appropriate programming.”

November 21 – Texas arrested 31 illegal alien truck drivers in one day. Most got their CDL’s from California and couldn’t understand road signs or speak English. They were all referred to ICE. (SOURCE)

November 21 – In one of the single greatest crimes ever perpetrated against the American people, an expert with governmental oversight testified to Congress on how the Biden–Harris  Administration used the American taxpayer to fund nearly $6 billion to a conglomerate of UN agencies and over 200 foreign and domestic NGOs — many of whom seek to destabilize the United States government and Western civilization. November 21 – The first ever convictions of 5 Antifa defendants in Texas. They all pleaded guilty to aiding terrorists — AND admitted on the official record they were part of an organized Antifa terror cell. Reporter Andy Ngo posts their names and photos along with court documents to counter the arguments of many former Democratic Party elected officials that Antifa doesn’t really exist. (SOURCE)

November 21 – U.S. Congressman and former National Guard Brigadier General Scott Perry (PA) reveals in Congressional testimony that in 2024 our government gave $697M to Afghanistan’s Taliban, much of which went to support the bin Laden family and terrorism. This was on top of the $40 to $80 million in cash flown weekly to that nation under the USAID program. (SOURCE)

November 21 -- Rep. Sheila Cherfilus-McCormick (D-FL) says the only reason she has been indicted is because she’s Black. She was caught stealing $5 million in FEMA money.  (SOURCE)

November 21 – Gregg Roman, an advisor for Israel’s Deputy Foreign Minister, testified before Congress that the U.S. taxpayer funds ‘dozens’ of terrorist organizations receive USAID money—such as $40M a week to the Taliban. (SOURCE)

November 20 – Michigan Sec. of State Jocelyn Benson (now running for Governor) who refused to give voter data to the Trump administration actually gave this information to two liberal NGOs on the eve of a state-wide election. It appears that the founder of one of the NGOs gave Benson’s nonprofit Foundation $12 million in 2020 on the eve of the election. (SOURCE) (Benson probably refused to give the Trump administration her files on Voters because she fears that many are voting without ID, are not U.S. citizens, or are possibly dead.)

November 20 – The CITY JOURNAL cites reports that about 40% of households in Somalia receive remittances from abroad, totaling $1.7 billion in remittances in 2023. The report cites an anonymous source who alleges, “The largest funder of Al-Shabaab [an Islamic terrorist organization known for killing Americans and Christians] is the Minnesota taxpayer.”  (SOURCE)

November 14 – Agriculture Secretary Brooke Rollins reveals that massive fraud is taking place in the federal SNAP (food assistance) program.  “data from just 29 states uncovered nearly 200.000 people with dead people’s social security numbers . . .”  Meanwhile,21 other (Democratic) states are refusing to submit their SNAP data, and it is feared their lax standards will reveal much more fraud. Secretary Rollins has stated the fraud is so severe that all aid recipients have to reapply for assistance. Additionally, she said that 80 percent of those on SNAP in those states were able-bodied Americans, “meaning they can work. They don’t have small children at home, they’re not taking care of an elderly parent. They can work, and they choose not to work, of course, because they’re getting significant benefits from the taxpayer.”  (Post Millennial) This fraud and abuse was from states that were willing to assist in the national investigation. One has to “wonder how many people in the 21 blue states, including New York, Illinois, and California, are committing fraud. Chances are that the number is much higher, unless you believe that Democrat-run states are especially diligent in stopping welfare fraud.” Over 186,000 dead people were given aid and hundreds of thousands more were ‘double-dippers.’  (SOURCE)

November 13 – Dana Williamson, Gavin Newson’s former Chief of Staff, is arrested in a 23-Count Conspiracy indictment including bank and wire fraud. Her arrest capped a three-year investigation. (SOURCE)

November 13 – News reports that a staff member for Senator Tammy Duckworth (D) posed as a lawyer and falistifed a Homeland Security form in order to secure the release of a Jose Ismeal Ayuzo Sandoval, and illegal alien who has been deported four times and who also has a conviction for DUI. (SOURCE) (SOURCE) ICE and the Department of Homeland Security have asked Sen. Duckworth to explain why her office interfered. 

November 13 – CA attorney Mehek Cooke reported on the state’s just passing “a law letting violent felons walk free by claiming “mental health” — even child abusers and gang members can have their records wiped clean.”  (SOURCE)

November 13 -- The Office of the Inspector General found Chicago Public Schools spent $7.7 million of taxpayer money on travel last year. The Report shows excessive spending on overnight trips for staff excursions to places like Egypt, Finland, and South Africa. “The watchdog group also found about 40% of all conference attendees traveled without receiving approval. This all while Chicago public schools (CPS) faced a $734 million deficit … The report states CPS staffers repeatedly exceeded spending limits and expensed trips and activities without approval, including a professional development conference in Las Vegas that more than 600 employees attended between 2022 and 2024--spending more than one and a half million in district dollars. Nearly 90% of attendees stayed in hotels exceeding CPS spending limits.”  (SOURCE)

November 13 – Kansas Mayor Jose Ceballos-Armendariz now faces criminal charges for voting in multiple elections despite not being a citizen. He fraudulently signed documents swearing he was a citizen. (SOURCE)

November 13 – Sec. of Agriculture Brooke Rollins revealed on Laura Ingraham that 500,000 SNAP recipients get benefits 2x under their same name and that 5,000 dead people were receiving benefits. Eighty percent of recipients are able-bodied and can work, and do not have small children at home. (SOURCE)

November 13 – A Republican commentator describes CA state Senator Scott Weiner as a nutty Progressive candidate for Senator Nancy Pelosi’s seat. She argues Weiner has sponsored bills that enabled sex trafficking in CA, allowed male criminals to transfer to women’s prisons, reduced the penalty for knowingly spreading AIDS, decriminalized the selling of Fentanyl, blocked the attempt to make child sex trafficking a serious felony, would have made CA  sanctuary state for child sterilization and mutilation and would have allowed the state to seize children from parents who opposed sex changes for their children, and much more.  (SOURCE)

November 13 – Congressman Chip Roy testifies in Congress that Democrats wish to give billions of dollars to insurance companies as the cost to reopen the government. “Thirty-five billion in subsidies in 2024… the health care system is broken…” and throwing billions to insurance companies will not fix it.  (SOURCE)

November 13 – Former Harvard Law School Professor Alan Dershowitz describes the Letitia James’ and Alvin Bragg’s trial of Donald Trump as” the worst case” that he has seen in 60 years. He compares Democratic run NYC Courts as the same as existed under Stalin’s tyranny in the old U.S.S.R. “They have absolutely violated their norms of criminal justice and done terrible things in order to get Trump!" November 12 – A former video of Senator John Kennedy (LA) interviewing a witness before his Congressional Committee reveals that President Biden’s Energy Department approved $93 BILLION in grants and loans in his last 76 days in office with little or no oversight provisions. (SOURCE) (SOURCE)

November 12 – Judicial Watch CEO Tom Fitton posts that “Obama-Gate is worse than Watergate.” His post: “Obama knew. Clinton knew. Biden knew. Comey knew, Brennan knew. McCabe knew. Strozok knew, Clapper knew. Rosenstein knew. FBI knew. DOJ knew. CIA knew.  State knew. They all knew Donald Trump was innocent but they smeared and spied on him. Worst scandal in our nation’s history.” Fitton’s JW has successfully sued the federal government under FIA for many of the documents that revealed criminal action on the part of many in the government. November 12 – U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services director Joseph B. Edlow revealed massive immigration fraud in Minnesota. “Since September 19th, officers from our Fraud Detection and National Security Directorate, working in teams, have conducted over 1,000 site visits across the Minneapolis–St. Paul area as part of this operation. What they found should shock all of America.” Estimates of half of all Islamic immigrants in Minnesota have committed one type of fraud or another.  (SOURCE)

November 12 – White House advisor Steven Miller accused the Democratic Party and Deep State bureaucrats of conspiring to overthrow the duly elected Presidency of Donal Trump in 2020. (SOURCE)

November 12 – Democratic Mayor of Chicago Brandon Johnson asked the United Nations to intervene in the U.S. to stop ICE deportations of illegal alien criminals. (SOURCE) (SOURCE)

November 12 – Sources reveal that “Linda Sun, a former aide to Kathy Hochul and a Chinese spy, received $18.1 million from China, which she used to buy a $3.6 million mansion, a $1.9 million condo, and a 2024 Ferrari, in exchange for influencing New York State policy in China’s favor.” (SOURCE) (SOURCE – CNN) (SOURCE)

November 11 – Fulton County election officials who bankrupted Rudy Giuliani for saying there were ‘election irregularities’ in their office during the 2020 election are refusing to comply with subpoenas requesting information about that same election. (SOURCE) 

November 11 – Department of Homeland Security confirmed in a 22-page report that FEMA staff recorded Appalachian flood disaster victims’ political beliefs and often skipped over their homes if they were Republican or conservative. (SOURCE)

November 11 – The “Blaze” reports that former Capitol Police Officer Shauni Rae Kerkhoff has been forensically matched to the elusive January 6 pipe bomber, exposing what many are calling the ultimate Deep State cover-up. November 10 – A woman who lives near Dearborn, Michigan, describes how "A woman can't walk down East Dearborn streets without risking harassed or being spat on." (SOURCE)

November 10 – In an interview, Sec. of Agriculture Brooke L. Rollins stated: “On my first day at USDA, we told every state to send us their SNAP data so we could ensure illegal aliens weren’t receiving benefits meant for American families. Twenty-nine states stepped up — but blue states sued us for asking for it.”   (SOURCE)

November 9 – Investigative journalist Miranda Devine states that the FBI under Christopher Wray paid Twitter millions of dollars to censor Americans and ‘groomed’ Twitter employees to not pay attention to her exposing facts related to corruption on the Hunter Biden laptop. (SOURCE)

November 9 – Newly released email from Hillary Clinton close advisor Huma Abedin to a Muslim-Brothehood leader exposed her radical views and bragged about her control over the U.S. Secretary of State. "Surely they know it is not her they're getting. It's the one in the corner, the quiet helper. You're getting Huma." She brags, "You asked me once how I did it. How did I take the castle? Hassan, I didn't take it, they gave it to me." She trashes Hillary as a "walking cadaver" – "nonfunctional" with "a dozen seizures a day," a "godless shrieking malcontent" who passes out in her medical van. They "sober her up" for speech. This radical Sharia Muslim infiltrator was at the heart of the Clinton machine. Now? November 9 – James O’Keefe, of Project Veritas, describes a Democrat election official in New Hampshire who admitted on camera that  he committed election fraud by voting multiple times. He was not arrested or charged. Instead, he was appointed an election inspector. (SOURCE)

November 9 – News that the BBC, having already fired two top administrators for allowing the deliberate distortion of their reporting on Jan 6 to ‘doctor’ words of President Trump to make it appear he advocated a violent overthrow of the U.S. government. Trump is suing the BBC for falsifying its reporting and will likely win his case. (SOURCE)

30 October - An anarchist with a lengthy rap sheet has been arrested for putting a $45,000 hiy on US Attorney General Pam Bondi and a Democrat, anti-Trump judge released him .... Judge Douglas Micko released Avalos without bail despite a lengthy violent criminal record.   (SOURCE)

26 October – Calla Walsh, a far-left American activist and former Democratic Party activist has called for pro-Hamas terrorists to murder Israeli diplomats, while lauding a gunman who killed two staffers from the Israeli embassy in Washington earlier this year.  (SOURCE)

22 October -- Washington Examiner reported Dem Whip Katherine Clark admitted the government shutdown was going to harm innocent families and that was planned strategy of Democratic leaders, saying “families are going to suffer…but it’s one of the few leverage times we have”. As a result, Democrats would deliberately continue to support the shutdown that was costing hundred of billions of dollars because they wanted to harm Americans in the hope Trump could be blamed. 22 October – Hennepin County, Michigan, law enforcement leaders hold a press conference to condemn Democratic Pary officisals decision to no longer prosecute traffic stop felonies. Police argue they’ve been making legal traffic stops that have seized hundreds of illegal guns and drugs. “Lawful traffic stops have routinely led to the removal of illegally possessed guns from our streets--the criminals are paying attention, people.  (SOURCE)

18 October -- Six Texas officials, including a Democratic Judge, have been arrested on voter fraud charges. School Board members and City Council officials were indicted on multiple counts of fraud. (SOURCE)

16 October -- J6 prisoner and U.S. Marine Bart Shively’s family files a $35M wrongful death lawsuit for being refused treatment by the Biden administration for his Stage 2 lymphoma for 18 months. (SOURCE)

16 October -- C22A Representative Carl DeMaio accuses Democratic Governor Gavin Newsome of placing ICE agents’ lives at risk after signing into law SB627 that makes it illegal for them to wear a mask to protect their identity. Drug cartels now offer $2,000 for the identity of each ICE agent, making it easier for them to be assassinated or their families to be harmed. (S0URCE) (SOURCE)

15 October – News resurfaces of the 27 Colorado Democrats who voted in 2023 against making indecent exposure to minors a felony. (SOURCE)

14 October -- North Carolina Democrat Rep. Cecil Brockman, who has been charged with the statutory rape of a child, was reportedly living with the victim. Authorities also confirmed that Brockman broke through a locked hospital door in an attempt to reach the child while the victim was receiving treatment. (SOURCE)

13 October -- Chicago Democratic officials are caught funding non-transparent NGO’s with 1 Billion dollars-- taking the money from programs set aside for the elderly, single mothers, and the disabled. The NGO’s pay huge salaries to people associated with Democratic leaders who funnel it to illegals and LGBTQ+ programs that serve political agendas and have no accountability for how the money is spent. 11 October -- Investigations reveal that Arizona election officials deliberately caused voting machines to malfunction to deter Republican voters on election day.  Source 1: "For example, in Maricopa County, Arizona, in 2020 and 2022, because it's a Republican county, they loaded it with voting machines that they knew would malfunction. So, lots of Republican voters were turned away and didn't vote and the Democrats won." (SOURCE)

11 October – The White House announced they discovered that over $100 million in taxpayer funds and laundered Democratic donations went to Antifa-linked organizations and "protest networks." It also released the names of NGOs that have given this taxpayer money to Antifa and other professional protest groups. (SOURCE)  

11 October -- Tax records reveal that Joe Biden was paid $9.5M for speaking fees and consulting which he sheltered in a fund where he paid no Medicare or Social Security tax. (SOURCE)

11 October -- Republican candidate for Governor, Steve Hilton, reveals that millions of Californians have been sent ballots that show if they vote No on Prop 50, calling it "COMPLETELY unacceptable." A "secret ballot is vital for democracy,” Hilton argued that CA Democratic Governor Gavin Newsom's rushed, unconstitutional Prop 50 election must be suspended until all ballot irregularities could be fixed. 11 October -- Noah Mullens and Ryan Wawrzyniak, of Turning Point USA, speak on behalf of one Christian who was berated by the Muslim Mayor of Dearborn, MI, for protesting the naming of one city street after an Islamic terrorist. (SOURCE)

11 October – New York Democratic Attorney General Letitia James launched bogus mortgage fraud charges at Trump, but her own record shows decades of alleged fraud: Misrepresenting multi-unit buildings, dodging rent registration, hiding property deed info, and falsely claiming primary residences to get the lowest rates, and even claiming her father was her husband. 11 October -- Census officials admit that an algorithm, approved by one bureaucrat—John Aboud-- allowed Democrats to be overcounted and Republicans to be undercounted in 2020, making it impossible to meet the Supreme Court’s “one person, one vote” rule. The result? “Stolen representation, inaccurate districting, and misallocated funding. This was a clear constitutional violation. Scrambling citizenship data undermines the purpose of the Census: to count people accurately so representation is based on citizens, not inflated counts for political gain.” Aboud also helped block a basic citizenship question on the 2018 Census. 11 October -- The Biden administration, after letting hundreds of thousands of unaccompanied children into the nation and giving them a number to call for help, if needed, let 65,000 calls go unanswered. They allocated only one person to the program to answer such calls. Many thousands of children were given to human traffickers and ended up in forced labor or the sex trade. (SOURCE)

10 October -- In a highly televised debate, Democratic gubernatorial candidate Abigail Spanberger refused to call for Jay Jones to drop out of the race for Attorney General after fantasizing about the murder of his opponent’s family (his opponent's wife and children) and cops. (SOURCE) Note: The Democrat went on to win the election.

10 October -- "Data confirms that media stations are giving "ZERO" seconds in coverage to Virginia Democrat attorney general candidate Jay Jones saying he wants to shoot Republican officials and their children, and urinate on their graves. ABC: 0 seconds CBS: 0 seconds PBS: 0 seconds NBC: Only 63 seconds.” (SOURCE)

10 October -- A Virginia poll asked voters if the comments of Democratic candidate for Attorney General, Jay Jones, calling for the death of his opponent, his wife and his kids disqualified him from running for office. Only 7% of Democratic voters said ‘yes’ and 93% said ‘no.’ (SOURCE)

 3 September – At the Michigan “People’s Conference for Palestine” there are many un-American statements made by Democratic Party officials as well as Muslim speakers. 20 September – News that Hamas supporting Democratic candidate for Mayor of New York City, Zohran Mamdani, tried to ban Charlie Kirk from speaking in the City. Mamdani smeared Kirk as a ‘Far-Right Extremist,’ ‘hateful,’ and ‘bigoted.’ The Democratic candidate ironically had a long association with extremist Muslim spokespersons. (Source)

20 September – New information released by Andy Ngo that Leftist terrorist Nicholas “Sophie” Roske, convicted in April for crossing the country and attempting to assassinate Justice Brett Kavanaugh in 2022, is now openly trans. Ngo also published new photographic evidence against Roske. This news of another example of Trans-violence came shortly after the Sept. 10 assassination of Conservative activist Charlie Kirk.  (Source)

21 September – Leftist “Free Palestine” terrorist shoots up a wedding party in Nashua, NH, killing one and wounding several others. Despite the October 7 Massacre of Jews, other incidents of violence in support of “Free Palestine”,t he Democratic Party continues its strong support of Hamas and the Free Palestine movement. 21 September – Democratic Congresswoman Jasmine Crockett deplores the passage of a House Resolution honoring the legacy of Charlie Kirk and says it “hurts my heart” that only two Caucasians” voted no. Crockett argues Kirk was a white supremacist and racist who “targeted people of color.” (Source)

22 September -  Leftist terrorist Anibal Hernandez-Santana, who shot up an ABC affiliate after the decision to temporarily suspend Jimmy Kimmel from the network’s late-night show and who has a history of posting vehement anti-Trump messages on social media, was released the same day of his arrest. Firing a gun into an occupied building is an act of terrorism that the FBI is now investigating. (Source)
