Democrats Deliberately Destroy Billions on Southern Border

One reason the Democratic Party is hemorrhaging voters is its penchant for hating all things Trump, especially his attempt to secure our southern border. While our nation defends walls and borders around the world, President Biden refuses to defend our own nation’s border. Worse, he’s now allowing billions of taxpayer dollars in border wall materials to be destroyed rather than put to use. The president has refused to sell the materials at ‘cost’ to the state of Texas so that it can protect itself from invasion, but according to Southeastern Arizona Border regional Enforcement team supervisor, Sgt. Tim Williams, believes the Biden administration appears willing to sell the steel for “a penny on the dollar.” To ensure Trump’s border security system will never work, Biden is foolishly wasting billions of taxpayers dollars, the effect of which will allow tons of deadly fentanyl to enter the country. Incredibly, while the Biden administration continually has said it hopes to use technology to secure our border, it is deliberately destroying hundreds of millions of dollars of fiber cable, cameras and sensors that have already been installed by not activating them. According to Sgt. Williams, “…billions of dollars of fiber optics in the ground [have] only 24 months shelf life they can be dormant and we’re at 22 months right now—we’re talking about losing billions of dollars because they didn’t turn the system on.” The media, of course, refuse to inform the American people of this waste. Where is the “Squad’s Outrage?”

Recently an Egyptian court sentenced 80-year-old academic scholar, Dr. Ahmed Abdu’ Maher, to five years in prison for his honest commentary on the Islamic conquest of Egypt and the Christian Middle East. Dr. Maher was found guilty of reciting ancient Christian and Arab sources of the conquest that described events in the 7th and 8th centuries as pillage, slavery, slaughter, and discrimination by Arab Muslim invaders who established iron-clad control over Christian areas. Under today's Islamic blasphemy laws, even the reciting of authentic Arab sources, which accurately—but negatively—portray the carnage of such early Islamic conquests can result in imprisonment. 

Dr. Maher first brought condemnation upon himself in 2017 when he asked Muslim critics of President Trump’s “Muslim ban” to consider the act in light of Islam’s own history. President Trump halted immigration from a minority of Muslim countries that were on the government’s list of nations embracing terrorism. The Islamic conquests of Egypt and the Middle East and even current Islamic doctrine, however, call for bringing “enlightenment” to infidels through jihad. The reasoning of Dr. Maher has been revealed thanks to a posted translation by Raymond Ibrahim: 

Friends, in regards to … Donald Trump, we wanted to ask our brothers … a question: if this man … were to coerce, through the power of arms, the greater majority of Muslims living in America … to become Christians, or pay jizya, otherwise he takes over their homes, kills their men and enslaves their women and girls, and sells them on slave markets; if he were to do all this, would he be considered a racist and a terrorist or not? … So I wonder O sheikh, O leader of this or that Islamic center in NY, would you like to see this done to your wife and daughter?  Would you—this or that sheikh—accept that this be done to your children?  That your daughter goes to this fighter [as a slave], your son to this fighter, a fifth [of booty] goes to the caliph and so forth?  I mean, isn’t this what you refer to as the Sharia of Allah? …  So let’s think about things in an effort to discern what’s right and what’s wrong.

Dr. Maher’s continued depiction of past events has now earned him what is tantamount to a death sentence in prison. Our question to Rep. Ilhan Omar, Rep.Rashida Tlaib, and other Muslim leaders in America is simply this: will you officially protest this unjust decision of an Egyptian court? Will you ask President Biden and the State Department to do the same? In light of your continued portrayal of this nation as imperialistic, racist, and Islamaphobic—can you be counted on to defend the rights of this 80-year-old historian with the same passion you’ve defended the rioters, looters, and arsonists who helped pillage and destroy many of our nation’s cities over the last several years?

The Hypocrisy of the Left -- Immigration

We currently have the highest number of children crossing into the U.S. from Mexico in over two decades according to Russell Hott, a senior official of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). The reason for this is the Biden administration’s plans to convert immigration facilities on the border into hubs that will release immigrants into the U.S. ‘within 72 hours.’ As a result, they are struggling to handle the influx of illegal immigrant families and children.

You know what happens when you advertise your lackadaisical border policy essentially promising release into the country? That’s right, you encourage a massive surge on the border. The Biden administration is essentially creating the border crisis by promising amnesty. Unlike what Jen Psaki says, it is a crisis and not a ‘challenge.’ By the way, I like how she besmirches the prior administration, and then contradicts herself in the same breath by admitting that the Biden administration is doing the exact same thing (i.e., turning away those under the age of 18).

Just a friendly reminder, the Obama administration built the ‘kid cages’ and now the Biden administration continues to do so--but in container cars instead. However, if you are beholden to the Mainstream Media, then you would not know that. For the uninitiated, Trump did bring this up in his first debate with Biden. Sadly, the fake news media failed to follow up on it, and Biden was never able to answer Trump’s challenge. 

In any case, the U.S. border officials continue to take in over 500 family members per day, and thus the family detention centers “may not be sufficient to keep pace with apprehensions.” Oh, you think?! Amazingly, it is admitted that, “the Biden administration has taken a drastically different approach to immigration than either of the two prior administrations…emphasizing processing and releasing illegal immigrants rather than detaining or barring them from entry.” Even some fellow Democrats have spoken out about this such as Rep. Henry Cuellar (D-TX) and Vicente Gonzalez (D-TX) who admit that Biden’s policies are attracting a ‘flood of immigrants to the United States because of the lax border policies.’ 

My question for you is, of the earth’s seven billion inhabitants, how many do you think should be allowed within our borders? Clearly, we cannot take EVERYBODY. So, where should the line be drawn? Should we give precedent to those following the rules and trying to enter legally, or should we encourage those ‘cutting in line’ and skipping ahead of those who follow the law? Should we admit those suffering from Covid 19 or other devastating diseases so we can help their suffering (at taxpayer expense), or should we return those who would spread such highly contagious diseases as was done with my Italian ancestors one hundred years ago? Should we admit those who are unskilled and illiterate and will strain our already thin social service networks or admit those who are best able to contribute to our economy and society? Should we accept everyone or turn back those with criminal records? Should we decriminalize crossing our border without a visa like most liberals lobby for today or should we continue to at least say they've committed a crime by entering our nation illegally? Should we continue to permit pregnant women to illegally enter our nation in order to give birth to 'anchor children' or should we say they've illegally abused our immigration policy and therefore deny birth citizenship to such offspring? Should we continue to ignore the criminal behavior of millions of persons who knowingly overstay their visas or should we deport them when at the same time we permit millions of others who illegally cross our southern border to stay? There are dozens more such questions that no one on the Left wishes to answer nor do they have any answers for. 

Keep in mind, while Democrats refuse to answer these questions and our globalist elites continue to kick the can down the street, we have a worldwide pandemic and the safety of American citizens to consider.  

We knew where Trump and 50% or more of the population stood on these questions. How soon before we get some answers from Biden and his hypocrites?
